Dakota Housing Financing Agency offering all of the home
financing programs available to North Dakota Residents.
The first step is to
Pre-Qualify you for a First Time Home Buyers program
and I can do that right on-line.
This is not a loan
approval but when the time comes for you to make an
offer on a home, I need only verify your employment and
credit worthiness to get you a Pre-Approval Letter
your Agent can present with your offer on a home.
In the mean time, your
pre-qualification will tell you exactly how much home
you can budget for.
What I need to do in
order to pre-qualify you is determine your Debt to
